Fortune Cookie: Daily Fortune stores daily app state on your device, including your revealed fortune history, daily common-cookie count, special-fortune category unlock state, and preferences for sound, reminders, cookie style, and background. This data is used only to run app features.
Ads
Users may choose to watch rewarded ads to unlock a special fortune cookie in a selected category. Ads are loaded only after the user taps a special-fortune category; no rewarded ad is requested while browsing the app. Fortune Cookie: Daily Fortune uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request ads and manage consent where required. Google AdMob may mediate ads from Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize.
These advertising services may process device, approximate location, advertising, and consent information to serve, measure, prevent fraud in, and personalize ads where permitted by your choices and applicable law. UMP provides applicable privacy choices; you can reopen them from Settings whenever the option is available. We pass applicable industry consent and opt-out signals to our active mediation partners.
No Account Or App Backend
Fortune Cookie: Daily Fortune does not require an account and does not operate its own backend server for user profiles or fortune history.

Fortune Cookie: Daily Fortune uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to measure feature reliability and diagnose crashes. The app does not send fortune text or advertising identifiers in its custom analytics events or non-fatal reports.
